'This’ is not a fairytale.

‘This’ expresses itself as a fairytale.

‘This’ is not a belief.

'This' expresses itself as belief.

‘This’ is not a new religion.

'This' expresses itself as religion.

‘This’ is not a feeling or thought. 'This' expresses itself as a feeling or thought.

No word, fairytale, belief, religion, feeling, or thought could ever capture ‘This.’ 'This' is life itself. It is who you are.

'This' is wholeness itself, not any particular fragment such as a word, idea, belief, thought, emotion, religion, website, book, person, car, pencil, or lamp.

‘This’ is not about hope. In fact, ‘This’ makes hope unnecessary. Hope is a dream of future that is devoured by the truth of ‘This.’ You won’t need hope when ‘This’ is realized. Hope is only needed when you cannot see ‘This.’ Hope is only needed when you believe the erroneous idea that there is a separate person called "you" who needs to gain something from this illusory separate thing called "future." Both "you" and "future" are dreams arising now. 'This' is merely expressing itself as those thoughts. When you buy into those thoughts, you deny life now. You deny liberation. You deny love. You choose a mental story, a dream, over the reality of God manifesting right now.

‘This’ cannot be understood through thought, and yet ‘This’ is the ultimate truth.

‘This’ is not the word ‘This.’ The word ‘This’ is just a map. You would not explore Germany only by looking at a map. To experience the reality of this thing called “Germany” you would have to walk its hills, visit its towns, lie in its grass, and speak to its people. You would have to experience the reality of it for yourself. The map would never show it to you. Neither the word ‘This’ nor any other word, including beingness, awareness, oneness, God, presence, or enlightenment will ever show you ‘This.’ The words are only maps. You must directly experience life with your awareness, your body, your mind, and your senses to know ‘This.’ This moment is showing you ‘This’ always. There is simply a dream of you obscuring the realization of it. When the dream of "you" gets lost in the map, 'This' cannot be realized. But when the dream of "you" stops believing that you are separate from this other thing called "life" and that you need something from "life," 'This' is realized.

‘This’ appears as your grandmother’s voice. It appears as the air filling your lungs and blowing through your hair. It is the smell of trash from a trash can. It is the sun setting behind a dark cloud. It is your fingers typing a letter. It is walking to the bathroom. It is the vast space all around and within you. It is thinking, feeling, touching, tasting, working, walking, experiencing. It is everything, which means it is nothing appearing as everything. You are that.

'This' is God. But if you leave that on the level of belief, you stay stuck in the map and never truly know God.
'This' is Oneness, but that is only a map. ‘This’ is your heart floating through the air. ‘This’ is when you realize there is no ground on which to walk. There is no sky to see. There are no stars to watch fall. There is only ‘This’ and you are it. You are walking on yourself and watching yourself fall.

‘This’ is peace. Every attempt to find peace “out there” in the world obscures this peace.

‘This’ is love. Every attempt to find love “out there” in the world obscures this love.

‘This’ is joy. Every attempt to find joy “out there” in the world obscures this joy.

You are not separate from the so-called world “out there.” Don’t divide yourself in two and go looking for your other half “out there.” But if you do, simply notice that thought is telling a story of separation again. It is only a story. Once you are aware of this dream of separation in the moment it arises, ‘This’ is revealed. You are not separate from it. Thus, there is nothing to seek. There is only ‘This.’

'This' is love itself.

In truth, no one ever realizes 'This.' It is realized. Yes, that is true. But as long as there is a "you" looking for it in the future, it will not be realized. As long as there is a "you" trying to separate yourself from others who you believe get 'This' or don't get 'This,' it will not be realized. 'This' is only realized in your absence. In realizing there is no you as a separate person, and in wanting nothing in return from 'This,' 'This' is given. It is then realized that it was always here, but obscured by a mind that was too busy looking for it, too busy conceptualizing about it, arguing about it, and/or believing that it had "found it." 'This' expresses itself as the thought, "I need to find 'This,'" and it expresses itself as the thought, "I have found 'This.'" Neither thought is 'This.' 'This' merely expresses itself through those thoughts. 'Thought' will not ultimately reveal 'This.' It will only point to it. 'This' is life itself appearing as "you"--a story that believes it has to find it or that it has it. Beyond ideas of searching and finding, liberation is.
